((Last name made up on the spot, so that's why it's bad. >__>))
Name:
Bryce Satsuni
Gender:
Male
Age:
17
Appearance:
Bryce Satsuni has short brown hair that usually stands up on its own, which he likes, no need for gel. He has dark brown eyes and a pale face. He wants to have a tan, but no matter how hard he tries, he can never get one. He is also taller than most kids his age, but only by an inch. He wears a red and black backpack with several different pockets, but one of them is already packed with extra clothes.
During hot weather Bryce can usually be seen wearing a tan colored short sleeved shirt with brown sleeves on it. A pair of blue jean shorts that touch just below his knees accompany his shirt. In his sort-of-spiky hair is a blue bandanna. He also carries around a fan, just in case it gets too hot. The fan has a picture of a Quagsire on it, his favorite pokemon.
During cold weather, Bryce is seen wearing a thick, fluffy blue jacket. He still has his blue bandanna in his hair, but it's usually covered up by the hood on his jacket. Underneath the jacket is a white t-shirt and another shirt on top of that with a picture of a few pokeballs on it. He also wears blue jeans held up by a belt. They were his favorite pair of jeans, but they're way too big on him, but he'd never admit it.
Personality:
Bryce is usually a quiet individual, the one that sits in the back corner listening to everything, and then throws out a witty comment. Every now and then though, he can be very talkative, and it seemed to get on people's nerves back where he came from. He is also very shy and doesn't seem to like getting to meet new people, but he'll more than gladly meet a new pokemon. He has always loved pokemon ever since he was a little boy. Bryce feels like he can relate more to pokemon than he can to normal humans.
Bryce will stand up for what he thinks is right. He won't sit back and let other people do something that he thinks is wrong. This comes to a great shock to people that don't know him very well, due to the fact that he's normally quiet and they think that he'll stay that way. He enjoys that kind of reaction a lot. In fact, surprising people is one of his best attributes. He loves birthdays and holidays so he can see the looks on people's faces when they open presents. No one in his home town that knew him could predict what he was going to do next. He's full of surprises.
History:
Bryce grew up in the city town of Olivine, out in the Johto Region. He grew up as the youngest child in a family of five. His mom and dad, and his two sisters His family was a group of fisherman, so he grew up around water pokemon. At first he was afraid of pokemon, but when he slowly grew older, he became more comfortable around them, and now he trusts them even more than humans themselves. Because his family was a group of fisherman, he loves water and ice type pokemon the most, but he'll gladly be around any type of pokemon.
His two sisters started a business in Olivine City which sold and bought fishing equipment. It soon became a famous shop for all fisherman in the Olivine City area. His two sisters offered him a job as the manager of their store, but he declined. He said that he doesn't want to run a store or be a fisherman, instead he wants to travel the world and catch all kinds of pokemon. His sisters thought the was crazy, but on his seventeenth birthday, they bought him a ticket to Kylah region, so he could start his journey as a pokemon trainer. He thanked them so much that they got annoyed. So a month after his seventeenth birthday, he got on a boat and made his way to the Kylah region.

((Sorry if this is horrid. I just made it up on the spot. ))
Toshi got off the plane, staring at the wonders around him. He had never seen something so beautiful in his life. His legs slowly started to carry him through the thick jungles, and his mind started to run thoughts about interesting pokemon he could find. He could hear Pidgeys off in the trees, and Ekans crawling around in the grass. Yes, this was his heaven. He had never dreamed about a place as wonderful as this.
"I should let my pokemon experience this..." he said quietly, trying not to disturb the pokemon that he was hearing. He took off a bag that was on his back and looked through it, trying to be as quiet as possible. He eventually found a round, red and white object and took it out. He pressed a button and the ball became bigger. "Go, Aipom," he said as he tossed the pokeball into the air. A purple and white animal solidified from the red light. Toshi walked over to the Aipom and lifted him up. "Isn't this place just beautiful?" he asked.
"Ai! Aipom!" the pokemon shouted, clapping its hands. Toshi smiled and continued to walk around the forest in search for what he had come here to begin with.
