Right out in the middle of the road were a pair of Zigzagoons, appearently play-fighting. The two Pokemon were trading off Tackles, and nipping each others' ears and tail. Well, being out in the open like that wasn't the wisest of things. It was quite easy to spot these two Pokemon.
One Zigzagoon appeared to be smaller than the other, and was losing this play-fight. They must've been siblings, because if they weren't related, they'd probably be fighting more violently and for territory.

The piplup said nervously, emitting a large aray of squeaks to Lucy's ears, but speaking in a soft, nervous tone. <My name is Pingu, I just want to be friends. Mybe you can come on and adventure with me and my trainer, she is very nice.>She asked quietly, not wanting to fight. Libby squealed in delight as she saw the two pokemon roll across the path, she opened her mouth to instruct Cole and Bruce with how to fight them and what moves to use, but she stopped when she saw Lucy's piplup wander over to it, and suposedly talk in a high pitched squeaky voice. Libby put both her pokemon down on the grond and rubbed her slightly scalded arm from where Cole's tail had brushed it. She gave Cole and Bruce a slight shove in the back towards the pokemon, wanting them to be a part of whatever was going on and she watched in awe as the began speaking to the two pokemon, Cole spoke in a voice that was a normal level, he sounded like a boy, but his grunts and roar like sounds weren't human. And Bruce spoke in a deep, low pitched voice that was easy on the ears. <Hi, I'm cole. Do you wanna come and play with us. You can even come along on our adventure if you like> He said in his normal toned voice, disregarding what Pingu had said. <Yeah.> said Bruce. <our trainer is awesome, she lets us run and carries up occasionaly.> He said, trying to convince them into joining without a fight. It was too hot today to have a pokemon battle.[/ul]

The two Zigzagoon paused in their play-fight when they heard other Pokemon approaching. The smaller one looked pretty happy to see a whole new group of Pokemon joined them, while the larger one looked a little uneasy.
" Hello, Pingu! An adventure? Sounds exciting! I would like that! "
The small Zigzagoon squealed after the Piplup introduced herself and this offer. It also heard the other two Pokemon chime in, and seemed pretty convinced to go him them.
The large Zigzagoon, on the other hand, wouldn't budge. It didn't feel so safe going with humans. It heard rumours that humans were dangerous. So, at the moment, the large Zigzagoon merely stood there, giving everyone an unfriendly look.

Pingu said, attempting to give the Zigzagoon a hug. "Pip pip lup lup. Pippi pip pip." <Lucy will take good care of us. Let her catch you with a pokeball and then you'll be on a team with me!> The Piplup turned to her trainer and pointed to her bag and the Zigzagoon. It took Lucy a while to catch on. When she did, she smiled warmly at the Zigzagoon and crouched down to it's level. "You want to be my pokemon?" she asked in a very quiet, gentle voice. Whilst this happy little conversation was going on, Libby was bored. She had her eyes on the bigger Zigzagoon. Lucy could have the little weak one, Libby wanted big strong pokemon. The big one looked like it had spirit. Cole, her Charmander, was also watching the bigger of the two Zigzagoons. It didn't seem to be very keen to join the motley group on their adventure. Cole was itching to have his first battle. The Bagon beside him was feeling the same. <Wanna fight?> he asked, deciding to be forward. <You look like you don't trust us. If I beat you in a battle, will you join us?> Cole looked straight into the Zigzagoon's eyes, challenging him. The Zigzagoon looked like a worthy foe, and it would be fun to battle even if the pokemon didn't join them afterwards. The Bagon situated next the the Charmander looked on in interest to see if the big Zigzagoon would take the Charmander on. Bruce would be there for his companion if Cole needed him. When the small Zigzagoon watched as the Piplup began to jump up and down, the Pokemon followed, bouncing all around its new friend in excitement. It seemed to like others who also had a lot of energy, so the Zigzagoon and Pingu would most likely become good friends!
When Lucy approached it, the small Zigzagoon merely stood there, panting like a dog. After hearing the question from the girl, the wild Pokemon nodded its head in agreement. Now, that was easy!
Meanwhile, the big Zigzagoon watched as the smaller one socialized with Pingu and Lucy. It puffed out its fur when the Poplup hugged the other Zigzagoon, really not feeling comfortable now.
Hearing Cole challenge it, the big Zigzagoon turned its head towards the Charmander, meeting the Fire Pokemon's stare. The Pokemon nodded, then bent down into a battle position. Without giving anytime for Cole to get ready, the wild Zigzagoon charged forward, moving in to start the battle with a Tackle attack.

The large Zigzagoon groaned as it felt Cole's sharp claws penetrate through its spiky fur and skin, taking some damage from the Scratch attack. The Zigzagoon was trapped in that headlock and couldn't seem to escape from it either. With equal anger burning in its eyes, the wild Pokemon opened its mouth and let out a menacing Growl at the Charmander's face. If it couldn't move for the time being, it would at least make use of its time and try to hurt Cole's stats.
The small Zigzagoon barked cheerfully when Pingu gave it a hug, then it noticed Lucy had her arms out as well. The Pokemon stepped away from the Piplup for a moment to jump into the girl's arm. Well, talk about a social wild Pokemon! Most Pokemon around here were like the large Zigzagoon; untrusting and aggressive around humans and their Pokemon.
