Name:
Minari Lyliari
Gender:
Female
Age:
16
Appearance:
Personality:
If Minari is on a team or doing a project, she is the spontaneous motivator and communication leader. Everyone knows and recognizes her energetic and enthusiastic direction. Minari's networking with others reaches far and wide.
Minari's manner is always extremely positive and confident. When everyone else is feeling discouraged, she provides an individual and group spark that rekindles inspiration and rejuvenates excitement to continue forward. Her threshold for positive leadership is extremely high. In fact, the worse the situation, the more she thrives on it; She's like a cat with nine lives.
Above all else, Minari loves to interact with people. It doesn't matter how many people there are or at what level she's communicating, Minari does it effortlessly. Conversation has been extremely natural to her her whole life. If she's isolated from people for a long period of time, her energy's focus seems to become depressed.
Optional Thinking
The time when Minari's energy's focus doesn't become depressed in isolation is when she is positively engaged in creative, optional and strategic thinking. It's here that her intuitive and analogical thinking process combines with some factual and logical thoughts to give her a new, holistic perspective on what she's doing or planning to do. When Minari shares these conclusions with others, they usually are amazed at how she developed these dynamic missions and/or strategies. When she is presenting or explaining something that has been developed, her presence makes each person feel that she is personally addressing his/her individual needs.
Interacting with People and pokemon
Minari's love for pokemon is so filled with passion and understanding with a deep meaning that everyone can almost feel her thoughts and love for the creatures. She would never harm anything or anyone but instead, put her own life and worries behind her to put someone or something else's problems and life first thing on her mind.
Yes, contact with others is more important than breathing for minari; She can't live without it. When she walks down a corridor or a street, she's always greeting or stopping to talk to someone. People just love to talk with her about anything. That's because the positive energy that she gives off during conversations develops an instant bond with everyone.
Minari has a wonderful sense of humor. When people are with her, they smile and laugh a lot. Whether it's telling a joke she heard before or sharing a spontaneous ad lib, she's naturally funny and entertaining. Her humor and ways of communicating are constantly creating situations that relax and motivate other people.
Even if Minari's not knowledgeable about a subject area under discussion, she comes across as smooth and intelligent. It doesn't matter what conversations others are having or what topics they're discussing, she can join in without missing a beat. That's because she intuitively know people and what turns them on.
Minari's Learning Style
Conversations and dialogues provide Minari with the opportunity to learn best. It's during this repartee that she's able to ask any type of question: logical, analogical or just odd ones to serve her curiosity. One of the best ways for her to learn and to be motivated is to belong to a study group, particularly one that has members who are focused on the objectives and deadlines. The process of studying with these groups can provide her with the focus and needed detail to study and learn effectively.
Getting the Job Done
Minari usually doesn't like doing the details or grunt work herself. In fact, she'll try to get others to do it for her. But, when that ploy doesn't work and she has to do it alone to meet a deadline, she'll concentrate, focus and finish what needs to be done. But, that's only after she's procrastinated until the last-minute. Then, when the tasks or project are completed, she'll want to celebrate this successful achievement with others!
Minari doesn't like to focus on details or facts without being shown the complete picture. A boring and stiff supervisor or teacher creates motivational problems for her. However, if straight facts and dry details are embellished by a boss's or a teacher's personal anecdotes or jokes, then these associations trigger her memory and motivation to work. Just memorizing or doing something, particularly if it doesn't have any meaning or pragmatic application for her, means that she has to concentrate and focus over a longer period of time than she usually likes to do; But, again, at the last minute, she can do it.
Along with that, Minari is an extremely active person, moving quickly from one person to another, one group of people to another or from one task to another. She must always be moving, motivating and/or talking. That is why her favorite way of achieving things is through direct dialogue. She innately organize others and when push comes to shove, she can keep them focused and working by relating to them in many different positive ways.
History:
Minari was born in Virdian city. Filled few people, she usually ran off to find the closest woods and nature to the city. Minari had more connections and love for pokemon then anybody else that tried to talk to her. Still, she tried her best to make her time even between people and pokemon
Minari's family was cruel towards her. They were always working since they were rich and were barely home. minari had to fend for herself and keep her self sane as she listened and watched the fights her parents had. When Minari turned fifthteen, her mother was diagnosed with cancer and is close to dying soon. Because of this, Minari's father left and she had to learn to deal with the problems of home and school by herself with no help from her mother. Minari went to school during the day and went to work during the night, barely getting sleep. Then, her mother knew and watched her daughter work hard, dreaming of being a pokemon breeder. So,she told Minari that her final wish is for her to finally go out and fullfill her life dream and become the best Pokemon breeder there was.
Minari was friends with a few people at school for being in chorus and having a beautiful voice but, her main friends are the wild pokemon that she watched and took care of. Her favorite was a small Eevee family in the forest that Minari would go out of her way between work, family and school to pick berries and watch the Eevee kits; that's when she realized that she wanted to be a breeder.
Minari's mother was sent into the hostpital and as Minari was spending her time with her, she gave her plane tickets to the Kylah region as a birthday gift and promise that she will always love minari.
Now Minari is finally going to have the chance to start her journey to become her dream to be a Pokemon Breeder in her mother's honor.

I pulled the brush through my long, black hair.
I shot a glance at the clock and moaned angrily.
I was late again, as usual.
I shoved my hairbrush in my bag, threw my hair up in a ponytail, grabbed my bag and ran out the door.
Only to realize I might need shoes.
I unlocked my door, grabbed my shoes, shoved them on (nearly breaking my toes in the process) and ran as fast as I could out the door. I locked it and bolted up the street, hoping I could catch the city bus on time and not have to walk all the way to school.
Although, missing a day of high school wouldn't be a bad thing...
I slowed down to catch my breath and realized, too late, my mistake; running, although giving you a good gain on the wasted time, tires you out too quickly. I should've fast-walked.
I strode down the street and stole a glance at my watch. I had ten minutes before my bus came. Giving out a sigh of relief, I slowed my stride and took some deep breaths. Slowly, my breathing steadied.
I stopped and took one last deep breath to calm myself, when suddenly I felt this sharp pain knife through my left arm.
I looked down at my arm and screamed at the sight of a tranquilizer dart poking out of my arm.
I woke up and snuggeled into the figure infront of me.
I knew these dreams. My dream boy takes me away from the world I know, and shows me the meaning of true love. So let's play along, shall we?
A gentle laugh escapes the character infront of me, and I feel his arms tighten around my waist. "This's good. Maybe, if you keep acting like this, there'll be no need to... teach you to respect me."
I stiffened. This wasn't the voice of my dream boy. Indeed, this was a very different voice.
Come to think of it, I didn't fit into my dream boy's arms like this, either. It was... different.
A wave of drowsiness swept over me and it suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks; this was no dream.
The gentle laugh echoed in my mind again. "I'm guessing you're just realizing that you're awake?" I went over his earlier words. What did he mean by teach?
He hugged me to him, and I struggeled away. But he just held me tighter. "Hey, stop that. Do I have to treat you like the other girls?"
I sat up. "Other girls?"
My captor laughed, the same soft laugh. I shuddered this time; the sweetness had suddenly left this whole situation. "The other girls, yes. You see, the other boys had to teach their girls to obey them, and even now most of them are stupid enough to continue to disobey them."
I stared towards the voice, seeing as it was dark in the room. "What the heck do you mean by 'teach'?" There was a short laugh, more like a "Hmh.", before my captor replied. "Abuse. Beat. Punish. Teach."
If you keep acting like this, there'll be no need to teach you to respect me.
Lights suddenly illuminated the room, and I looked over by a door to see a tall, black haired guy. He smirked at me simply and I stared back at him in horror.
Correction. I stared back at them in horror.
I practically gawked at the slightly exposed fangs poking out of his mouth. He came over and sat beside me. "You - vampire?" I stammered moronicly. His smirk stayed perfectly in place. "Yes. Me, vampire." I scowled, recognizing his tone as a mocking one. He just laughed at this. "Sorry. There's really no need for me to be so bitter." I nodded. "There really isn't." I said. He climbed onto the bed, and attempted to assume his original position.
Key word being attempted.
I pushed away from him, stumbling off the bed. He frowned.
"Maybe seeing the other girls can change your mind. I don't want to hurt you as much as you don't want to be hurt." He told me. He stood up, and placed his hand on the small of my back. I let him lead me down a spiral staircase, and through large iron doors.
The sight before me was gruesome.
The kitchen was beautiful, don't get me wrong. The floor had black and white marble tiles, a large black chandeliar (sp?) hung above a beautiful white table, with little mahogany benches surronding it, lovely white cushions on top.
It was the people that sickened me.
Seated around the table were three vampires, or at least I assumed them to be, and three bruised, scarred, dried-blood-covered girls about my age. I stared horrified at the girls, and noted the empty bench, as my captor spoke.
"Morning, guys. This's Jocelyn."
I turned around, ran into the hallway, and vomited. The sight just made me vomit. I'm blood-squeamish.
My guy rushed out from the kitchen and bent over me, his hands on my shoulders.
"Are you okay?" He asked, concerened. I was about to wipe the excess vomit on my hand, but he tugged me towards a door beside the kitchen and it turned out to be a bathroom. I washed the disgusting taste out of my mouth and leaned against the sink, breathing deeply. The vampire slid himself behind me and wrapped his arms around my shoulders.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know you'd react like that, Joce... I'm really sorry."
He squeezed me tightly and let me go, his hands sliding down my arms as he did.
"C'mon. I'll take you back to our room."
I didn't argue when he took my hand and brought me upstairs.
He'd been right about one thing...
...after seeing those girls, there was no way I wasn't doing what he told me to do.
But before I could do anything, my vision clouded and I found myself meeting the ground with a dull thud.
